Refund & Return Policy

At Color Me Fancy, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged item, we are happy to assist you with a replacement or refund under the following conditions.

1. No Returns, No Exchanges
   •    All sales are final.
   •    We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than a damaged product received.

2. Damaged Goods Policy

If you receive a damaged product, we will offer a replacement or refund only if:
   •    You provide clear photos and an unedited video showing the damage upon unboxing.
   •    The photos and video are sent to colormefancynailwraps@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
   •    Our team will confirm the damage after verification.

3. Refund/Replacement Process
   •    Once we verify the damage, we will offer either a refund or a replacement based on the product's availability and your preference.
   •    Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 business days after approval.
   •    Replacements (if approved) will be shipped 5-7 business days from the date of approval.
