We accept secure online payments through Razorpay, a trusted third-party payment gateway. Razorpay supports multiple payment methods including:

   •    Net Banking
   •    Wallets

Payment Processing
   •    All transactions are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway.
   •    Your payment details are encrypted and handled directly by Razorpay in accordance with their privacy and security policies.
   •    We do not store or have access to your payment details.

Order Confirmation

   •    Orders will be confirmed only upon successful payment.
   •    After completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at colormefancynailwraps@gmail.com.

2. Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery Time
   •    Orders are processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
   •    Once dispatched, delivery is expected within 7-10 business days, depending on the destination.
   •    A shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Charges
   •    A flat shipping fee of ₹70 applies to all orders across India.

Order Tracking

   •    After dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number via email, SMS or WhatsApp to monitor the status of their shipment.

Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
   •    Weather conditions
   •    Courier service disruptions
   •    Incorrect or incomplete address details

3. Address & Delivery Issues
   •    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
   •    If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional charges may apply for re-shipment.
   •    Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
